We're upgrading to a more powerful and flexible platform! The new ExamFIT offers:
Seamless API integration with ErgoFIT for easy access to validated job demands
Paperless workflows using mobile devices for surveys and exams
Built-in resources like test instructions and exam guides
Custom protocol and test creation to meet a broader range of exam needs
Group exam exports for reporting and research
This evolution makes ExamFIT more versatile and valuable for providers and employers alike.
You’ll see a fresh user interface, easier navigation, and more control over exam design and reporting to address specific referral issues. The core exam builder process will feel familiar, but now includes API access to validated job demands for determination of worker restrictions.
Additionally, the report design and references are specified at the test level, which allows for drag and drop functionality to create evidence-based protocols and reports.
New features include:
Custom test and protocol creation
ErgoFIT job demand integration
Paperless data capture
Additional input field options such as signature boxes, images and expandable comments
Improved support for employer reporting
The new custom test design feature may require a little training or technical support to calculate results, but we’re here to help.

The legacy platform will no longer be available after September 15, 2025

Complete any exams on the legacy platform and download needed reports prior to Sept 15.
The legacy platform will be retired and will no longer be supported after the cutoff date. No security updates or enhancements will be made. We strongly encourage all users to transition now for continued support and access to new features.
Your pricing for ExamFIT will remain the same until your current annual agreement ends.
Starting with your next annual renewal:
Base single-user account: increasing from $1,200 to $1,500
Tiered pricing: available for additional users
Discounts: will be offered to early adopters and transitioning users
Existing users may add an ErgoFIT license and mentoring support for a prorated cost to complement your ExamFIT experience.
We will discuss how this will drive direct-to-employer service contracts during onboarding to ExamFIT.

No new login is needed—you will be invited with the same Login email to update your password or credentials.
No. Existing exam data will not be moved to the new platform. Be sure to download any reports you need before September 15th.
We’ve only improved things. For example, comment fields that were previously restricted can now be expanded as needed.

Not at all. The new platform maintains the same basic flow for creating exams—with added flexibility to add or remove tests and customize protocols.
All current integrations will be reviewed for compatibility. The new platform is built to support modern APIs, improving future integration potential.

You’ll access the platform at https://examfit.workerfit.com through a new portal link. Your email for login will stay the same, but you will need a new password that meets our security requirements.
